Lot Porter/Assistant

POSITION:  This position stages units for technicians in accordance with the shop.

JOB DUTIES:
  

1. Document service related items and schedule repairs with the Service Department.
2. Make minor adjustment and repairs to delivered RV's as necessary
3. Maintain delivery area
4. Pick up and receive a variety of parts, equipment, and packages.
5. Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up sites and assist with set up.
6. Drive and trailer customer vehicles to delivery and pickup sites.
7. Effectively map routes used for pick up and deliveries.
8. Maintain routine records and travel logs as necessary.
9. Assist in the detail department as needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

RV Detailer

POSITION:  This position provides well-rounded customer service by detailing both interior and exterior characteristics of their vehicle as well as applying aftermarket products.

JOB DUTIES:
  
  1. Waxing and buffing metal and fiberglass exterior walls.
  2. Clean all interior and exterior components of unit.
  3. Use the carpet extractor to clean and shampoo carpets.
  4. Apply aftermarket products to units; such as paint Sealant and fabric protestants.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year detailing experience preferred
  • Knowledge and proper use of cleaning agents and their ability to clean vinyl, fabrics and hard surfaced materials

POSITION: 
This position provides excellent customer service and makes sure that the customer’s experience at PleasureLand is number one. We currently retail RV’s, Cargo trailers, and Ice houses.

  2. Keep up to date on product knowledge and sales through training provided by PleasureLand.
  3. Learn and retain all products features and benefits for product showcasing.
  4. Accountable for adhering to Pleasureland RV’s sales process.
  5. Attending sales shows and events thru-out the year as needed.
  6. Meet with management to review sales goals and accomplishments. Keeping an open mind to introducing new procedures as needed.

Parts/Service Specialist

POSITION: 
This position provides outstanding, well rounded customer service to every customer and assisting service technicians with parts requests.

JOB DUTIES:
  1. Provides assistance for customers who need help at the service and parts counter.
  2. Assist loading and unloading freight trucks in the receiving area.
  3. Assist shipping/receiving with checking in freight.
  4. Responds to customers’ phone calls.

Warranty Coordinator 

POSITION:  This position will work with the Warranty Administrator to assure that all warranty claims are correctly submitted as well as providing outstanding customer service for all parts customers.

JOB DUTIES:
  
  1. Assists with submitting claims correctly for the Ramsey Service Center.
  2. Works closely with manufacturers on delinquent and disputed claims.
  3. Keeps track of claims and makes sure that the claims are filed within seven days of work completion.
  4. Resubmits any claims that are older than 30 days and figure out why they have not been paid.
  5. Reviews work orders for warranty work not being submitted.
  6. Assists customers at the service/parts counter.
  7. Assists loading and unloading freight trucks in the receiving area.
  8. Assists shipping/receiving with checking in freight.
  9. Responsible for keeping up with store maintenance; this includes cleaning the floor, dusting the shelves/products and setting up displays when needed.
  10. Responds to customers’ phone calls.
  11. Assists service technicians with their parts needs and questions.
  12. The expected hours are the following: M-F with an occasional Saturday and extended hours in the summer months.
  13. Installs new programs and performs computer upgrades as needed.
  14. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

• Must know how to handle and maintain LP and electrical work; Minimum of two years of Technician experience is preferred
• General knowledge of plumbing

Administrative Assistant

POSITION PURPOSE: 
This position provides a friendly welcome to customers as they walk through the doors and directs them to the appropriate department as well as assist in a variety of tasks. This position would be around 35 hours a week Monday through Friday with one to two Saturdays a month.

JOB DUTIES:
    

  1. Answer phones and greet customers as they enter, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  2. Coordinate outgoing mail.
  3. Order office supplies and brochures as need.
  4. Responsible for the proper record keeping and filing of all paperwork.
  5. Responsible for making remote deposit and doing till reconciliations on a daily basis or as needed.
  6. Maintain, update and order brochures as needed for all brochure racks.
  7. Assist and support the service and parts departments as requested.
  8. Enter customer sold we-owes, survey cards, and follow ups into Accuterm or G2.
  9. Process appropriate paperwork of arriving units and file when completed.
  10. Keeping a clean and organized work space, customer lounge area, garbage’s, parts floor, and vacuuming.
  11. Enter and designate receipt information into appropriate excel record regarding off site purchases
  12. Create, update and maintain sales and pricing flyers for promos
  13. Maintain customer walk-in and phone logs
  14. Update and create craigslist ads for available inventory as assigned by store manager.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum one-year office administrative support experience strongly preferred.
